REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Day Profits Ltd provides bespoke software development services. All indicators and Expert Advisors are custom-built to client specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of this work, refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a cancellation request is made.
2. CANCELLATION BEFORE DEVELOPMENT STARTS
If a project has been paid for but development has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request within 14 days of payment, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER DEVELOPMENT HAS COMMENCED
Once development has commenced, no refund will be issued. By commissioning our services and approving the project scope, you acknowledge that bespoke work has begun and that the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies.
4. REVISION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the delivered software does not meet the agreed technical specifications, we will review the delivery and provide revisions at no additional cost. Disputes regarding delivered work will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To raise a concern, contact us at: Dayprofitsltd@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue.
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: Dayprofitsltd@gmail.com
Please include your name, project reference, date of payment, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is compliant with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not a financial advisor, investment manager, signal provider, or regulated financial service. We do not provide trading advice, market analysis, or investment recommendations of any kind.
All software delivered by Day Profits Ltd is a technical product built to the client’s own defined logic and requirements. The client assumes full responsibility for how the software is used, tested, and deployed in live or simulated trading environments.
Day Profits Ltd makes no representation regarding the financial performance or profitability of any software developed.
Past results of any trading system are not indicative of future performance.
By engaging our services, the client confirms they are acting on their own initiative and are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
