2. SERVICES We provide on-demand software development services, including but not limited to custom indicators and Expert Advisors coded in MQL4, MQL5, and PineScript. All software is developed exclusively to the client’s defined logic and technical requirements. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, market analysis, or investment recommendations of any kind.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The client is solely responsible for defining the trading logic, parameters, and intended use of the software. By commissioning our services, the client confirms that they are acting on their own initiative and that the software will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We have no knowledge of, and assume no responsibility for, the financial decisions or trading activity of the client.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered software — including source code — are transferred to the client. We retain no licence or rights over the delivered work unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement of the project.
5. PAYMENT Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the final product until full payment has been received. All prices are quoted in [EUR/GBP] and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. REFUND POLICY Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available once development has commenced. If a project has been paid for but not yet started, a full refund will be issued upon written request within 14 days of payment. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The software we deliver is a technical product built to client specifications. We make no representation regarding its financial performance or profitability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Day Profits Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of delivered software, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
8. AFFILIATE & PARTNER DISCLOSURE Day Profits Ltd maintains Introducing Broker and affiliate partnerships with regulated brokers. We may receive compensation for referrals. These partnerships do not influence the nature or quality of our software development services. Any broker mentioned on this website is referenced for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.
